Park Yoga offers a regular opportunity for the community to come together, move, and unwind in the fresh air weekly through the summer months (roughly May to September).

It is designed to be inclusive, open to all and requires no booking – simply bring a yoga mat or towel, stay hydrated, and don’t forget your sun cream!

Park Yoga is more than just exercise: it’s a chance to connect with others, enjoy nature, and improve both physical and mental well-being. Our local expert yoga instructor, Jane Cuthbert will guide you through a one-hour accessible work-out.
